This presentation examines migration not merely as a passage between countries, but as a mythic odyssey into the depths of the Self. Viewed through an analytical lens, the emigrant’s path emerges as both exile and initiation—a crossing of outer borders that reflects an inner quest for identity, belonging, and transformation.

Roberto is a medical doctor with training in psychiatry, Jungian psychology and public health. An emigrant from Croatia, his work focuses on developing community mental health services and reducing stigma. He collaborates on initiatives supporting the mental health of man, students, and caregivers, while fostering sustainable approaches to the process of individuation
